The man who believed he was the oldest man in the world (it wasn't documented as a world record) died recently at 116. He sounds so cute, as he attributed his longevity to the fact that he never married. Sad! Read the article here.
My goodness it's been a ridiculously long time, but I had a lovely/busy summer. Now it's back in Eau Claire for school. I'm in a new apartment and I've transferred to a new job, but I'm sadly not ready to go back to studying....
I'm sorry for the recent downtime for Lucky-Eleven, it was just a simple problem I avoided fixing for a long time. I had planned to redesign the sight over the summer, but I never got around to it, perhaps sometime soon if I find the motivation....
I will try to update more often, now that I'm not working full time I should be a bit more available for blogging. In the meantime, only in Wausau would the same guy do this... twice.
Once again it's been quite awhile since I posted... School's finished and I'm pretty much spending my time working, but it's nice just work for a few months and take a break. It's also nice to be back in Wausau again; you start to miss your hometown after awhile. To the left is the opening of Washington street between 3rd and 1st, which involved a small ribbon cutting ceremony and a few classic cars driving down the road first. It's very exciting that the downtown is now fully connected coming from the west side, hopefully this will really help continue the revitalization of the downtown area.
